I have 10 minutes to tell you all about the 600 covers we did yesterday at the restaurant. It was nuts! Total Chaos, and today will be busier. There are 20 odd cooks in the kitchen. Its like an ant colony, we are litlerally walking over each other.
I got in at 12 yesterday and left at 2. Not 2 hours later, 14 hours later.
I cleaned so much fish! 50 pounds of salmon, and 3* 50 pound halibuts!!!!!!! As well as 1 yellowfin tuna. WOW!
About the guy that I kissed... Total player! My gay friend Jeff referred to him as so sexed up that he could sleep with him. Well that was enough to make me rethink the whole thing. Jeff is all over him now, its kinda funny to watch though.
ok I have to go get my ass kicked.
this shift should be about 15 hours ahhhhhh. Are you aware that that is two days of work in one shot? It is actually really tough, not just bragging rights.

next I want to hear about all the fabulous clothes you buy with the hundreds of dollars you're raking in working all these hours. of course you need to get some time off so you can go shopping so hopefully it slows down a bit after the grandprix and your not to spent to go spending.
